Job Summary:

Cherry Bekaert is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to support our internal team development and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in delivering and coaching leaders on assessments (Predictive Index), support building high performance teams, deliver individual and team coaching, change management, and employee development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in organizational development, with at least five years of experience in the field and a master's degree in a related field.

As an Organizational Development Manager, you will:

  • Facilitate and coach the Predictive Index and other relevant assessments for individuals and teams.

  • Champion effective usage of behavioral assessments (Predictive Index) to help the organization understand the needs of a specific role, team, or business strategy, collect candidate or employee “people data” and use that data to make informed and more objective decisions including hiring.

  • Facilitate team alignment sessions to expedite high performance and alignment.

  • Conduct evidence-based needs assessments that maximize the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

  • Provide comprehensive and consultative insight to managers, senior leaders, and executives in the context of helping them solve for business challenges that could involve learning or development solutions.

  • Assess current knowledge levels of individuals and teams to identify skill gap deficiencies.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and growth.

  • Deliver learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes.

  • Develop and project manage change management plans to support acquisition integration and organizational change.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that organizational development activities are aligned with Firm objectives.

  • Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in organizational development to ensure that our organization remains competitive and effective.

What you bring to the role:

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding and application of organizational development principles and best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex organizational challenges.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates adaptability and agility in responding to evolving organizational needs, shifting priorities, and unexpected challenges.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs

The salary range for this position is $78,375 to $186,800. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
